HJC Signs Rising Moto3 Talent Rico Salmela for the 2026 Season

HJC today announced a 2026 season agreement with Moto3 rider Rico Salmela, bringing the Finnish standout into HJC’s global racing family as he competes on the world stage.


Salmela has quickly earned attention as one of the most promising young riders from Northern Europe, recognized for his race craft, composure under pressure, and consistent progression through premier development series. The new partnership continues a relationship that began earlier in Salmela’s career, when he raced wearing HJC in the Red Bull MotoGP Rookies Cup, a key proving ground for future Grand Prix talent.
