Built to the same specifications worn by professional MotoGP riders, Fabio Quartararo and Brad Binder, the new helmet is engineered using direct feedback from elite racers competing at the highest level of the sport.

Developed with HJC’s most advanced racing technology, the RPHA 1 V2 Carbon complies with DOT (FMVSS 218) and ECE 22.06 safety standards and is certified to the latest FIM Racing Homologation Programme standard, FRHPhe-02.

This updated FIM certification reflects more stringent impact testing, improved energy absorption requirements, and enhanced protection against rotational forces—making the RPHA 1 V2 Carbon safer and more advanced than previous generations. The result is uncompromising, championship-level protection for riders who demand the highest standard in racing performance and safety.

At the core of the helmet is HJC’s highly refined carbon fiber shell, engineered to deliver exceptional strength and elasticity for effective impact energy dispersion while remaining extremely lightweight. The RPHA 1 V2 Carbon weighs approximately 1,400g (+/- 50g) in size M, helping reduce rider fatigue during aggressive riding and extended track sessions. To ensure a precise, race-focused fit and compact aerodynamic profile, the helmet is offered in four shell sizes, covering XXS through XXL.

Aerodynamic performance meets true MotoGP racing standards. A rear racing spoiler, inspired by professional race helmets, comes pre-installed to enhance stability at extreme speeds. An additional spoiler is included, allowing riders to further fine-tune aerodynamic performance based on riding style and track conditions.

The visor system features a reinforced metal visor locking mechanism, designed to securely anchor the shield to the helmet during high-speed riding and extreme racing conditions. This race-inspired system improves visor stability, minimizes unintended opening, and enhances overall safety and confidence on track. The helmet package includes a Pinlock® 120 XLT lens and an additional dark smoke visor.

Ventilation performance is driven by HJC’s ACS (Advanced Channeling Ventilation System), featuring five intake vents and four exhaust vents to efficiently channel airflow throughout the helmet.
